Ladies Mauboussin R:63683 Water. This is a very beautiful watch. It has Mother of Pearl Face with diamond bezel. It is 18 carat yellow gold both case and strap, but the scraps in unusual as it is set with diamonds, amethyst and peridot. The strap is 6" in length. The watch weighs in total a staggering 56 g of 18 carat gold.
